I believe that consistency and a discipline approach towards training is key to body transformation. I am a multifaceted coach with 35 years experience in the sports / fitness industry. By transferring this tried and tested knowledge to my clients, I am able to ensure, optimal, sustainable and most importantly long-term habits and results.
